ONLYBANDZ RP Rules
These rules are here to ensure fair, realistic, and immersive roleplay for everyone. By joining the server, you agree to follow all listed rules and Terms of Service.
Treat everyone with respect — no bullying, harassment, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind.
Toxic behavior, targeting, or OOC drama will not be tolerated.
No trolling, baiting, or griefing other players.
Always use common sense — if you think something might be against the rules, don't do it.
No advertising other servers, discords, or communities.
Staff word is final. If you disagree, open a ticket — don't argue in public chat.
Follow all Discord Terms of Service, FiveM Guidelines, and OBRP community policies.
Zero tolerance for doxing, hacking, exploiting, or leaking information.
Do not mix IC and OOC. Keep storylines and real-life separate.
Voice changers are allowed for RP purposes, but must remain understandable.
No OOC insults or hate speech, even as "jokes."
OOC chat (/ooc) is only for small clarifications — do not argue or break RP mid-scene.
If you need staff, use /report or open a ticket — not general chat.
Stay in character at all times while roleplaying.
FailRP (doing unrealistic things) is not allowed.
RDM (Random Deathmatch) and VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) are strictly prohibited.
Powergaming — forcing an action or outcome on another player — is not allowed.
Metagaming — using OOC knowledge in RP — is not allowed.
FearRP must always be respected: if your life is threatened, act like it.
New Life Rule (NLR): You forget all events leading up to your death.
No unrealistic injuries or survivals. Treat wounds seriously and seek EMS.
No revenge kills after respawning from death.
Robberies, kidnappings, and hostilities require valid RP buildup and interaction.
Rape RP, child RP, and animal abuse RP are strictly forbidden.
You must be part of an approved organization to claim a turf or engage in group criminal RP.
Organization Spins = the killing or attempted killing of another crime organization.
Spins must have valid RP reason with a minimum 45 min cooldown between spins, maximum 3 spins per day unless agreed upon by both parties.
No random or out-of-context spins.
At least 3 members of both orgs must be online for a major event.
No cop baiting, no chain killing, and no spawn camping.
Do not use vehicles as weapons unless the RP demands it.
Drive-bys must have reason and witnesses — not random.
No "war baiting" or constantly provoking other orgs to force RP.
Disbanded or inactive orgs will lose properties, colors, and claims.
No impersonating other orgs or wearing their colors.
Must use in-game communication (no Discord plotting).
If an org repeatedly breaks rules, it may be suspended or permanently disbanded.
CRIMS LIMITED TO 4 PEOPLE PER SHOOTOUT/HEIST/CRIME/INTERACTION UNLESS THEY ARE AT THEIR TERRITORY.
FACTIONS MAY HAVE 8 PEOPLE NO MORE THAN 4 CARS PER SPIN OR HEIST OR INTERACTION.
GANG/FACTION ALLIANCES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Third partying or defending another gang counts as third party.
CIVILIANS ARE KILL OR ROB, NOT BOTH. You cannot rob a civilian and then kill them, or kill them after robbing.
Must follow SOPs and chain of command.
Professionalism is expected while on duty.
Corruption RP must be approved by the head of department and staff.
EMS cannot be robbed, attacked, or forced into criminal activity.
Police must respect FearRP — they aren't invincible.
No excessive force or abuse of power.
No random ticketing or arrests — there must be valid RP context.
Bodycams or dashcams must be used as part of RP when mentioned.
Government officials (judges, lawyers, etc.) must remain neutral in all criminal RP.
You MAY NOT steal or rob weapons or equipment from police or EMS personnel.
You MAY loot ammo and body armor/vests from a downed officer only during a fully RP'd scene — not as part of RDM/VDM.
You MAY NOT rob EMS of their equipment, weapons, or medical supplies.
No robbing to bypass restrictions (e.g., taking PD weapons to circumvent job limits).
No stealing items that would grant PD-only abilities.
NO HELIS ALLOWED UNLESS POLICE OR EMS FOR POLICE OR EMS DUTIES.
Before driving off, at least 1 officer must be already in their vehicle. DO NOT PULL OFF IF THE OFFICER HASN'T EVEN GOTTEN A CHANCE TO START THEIR ENGINE YET.
Normal Speed Limits in city are 35-45 mph, Highway is 75 mph.
SHOOTING COPS WITH NO INTERACTION OR SHOOTING COPS AT SIMPLE DUI CHECKS, SPEEDING TICKETS, VEHICLE CHECKS ETC IS NOT OKAY!
IF A COP PULLS UP TO A HOUSE ROBBERY, ATTEMPT TO RP A STORY BEFORE RUNNING OR USING VIOLENCE.
DO NOT BE A SHITTER. The police will be looking for serious PD interactions, not "100K or die" interactions!
1st violation = warning, 2nd = gang strike, 3rd = ban for players involved.
No exploiting job systems, duplicating items, or abusing paychecks.
No AFK farming or macro use.
Businesses must run realistically — overpricing or OOC scamming is not allowed.
All business ownership must be approved through staff.
Civilian RP (shop owners, mechanics, news, etc.) is encouraged — make it fun and story-driven.
No unrealistic money transfers between unrelated characters.
ALL CHARACTERS MUST BE 18+.
Character names must be realistic — no troll or celebrity names.
You may have multiple characters, but cannot mix knowledge between them.
If your character dies under NLR, you cannot seek revenge or rejoin that RP.
Characters involved in serious crimes or orgs may be subject to permadeath (CK).
Do not use "alt characters" to avoid consequences or transfer money/items.
No OOC disrespect or harassment in any channel.
No spreading rumors, drama, or screenshots to stir issues.
Do not impersonate staff or other players.
Staff decisions are final — repeated arguing = disciplinary action.
False reports or lying to staff will result in punishment.
If you record/stream, ensure no rule-breaking or OOC slurs are shown.
Report issues privately — not through public callouts.
Breaking rules may result in kicks, warnings, bans, or character wipes.
Severity of punishment depends on intent, history, and behavior.
Ban evasion = permanent removal.
Appeals can be submitted through the official ticket system.
Honesty during investigations can reduce punishments.
Repeat offenders will not be given second chances.
